Ensuring secure transactions, all ticket sales are final upon confirmation. Payment terms are clearly outlined at the point of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
Refunds are generally not permitted for purchased tickets. However, under specific conditions (e.g., severe weather closure), alternative arrangements or credit may be offered. Please refer to your ticket type for specific policies.

Modifications & Rebooking

Changes to date or time may be accommodated subject to availability and a modification fee. Certain special event tickets may not be modifiable. Advanced notice is required.

Experience Requirements

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

In cases of extreme weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, parts or all of the CN Tower may be closed. Guests will be informed, and rebooking or credit options will be provided.
